I’m Co-Owner of TNT Fitness and a dedicated fitness professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. My journey began when I made the life-changing decision to leave a job I hated and pursue my passion for health and fitness. I started my own personal training business, where I spent eight fulfilling years helping clients achieve their goals and transform their lives.
When the opportunity to become part of TNT Fitness arose, I didn’t hesitate to jump in.
Joining TNT Fitness has been an incredible experience, allowing me to bring my expertise and energy to an amazing community.
Whether it’s building strength, improving endurance, or refining technique, I’m passionate about helping clients push past their limits and discover their full potential. At TNT Fitness, we’re all about creating a supportive and motivating environment, and I’m proud to be part of that mission.

You'll likely meet me on reception when you come to train at site one, though the most important work I do is behind the scenes. If you've bought clothing from us or seen our advertisements/posters (the ones without spelling mistakes) then I designed and printed it. You can't spell fitness without IT!

Front of house, admin, design, general charm and possession of a brain.

Mikey Bulmer

I have been involved in sport and exercise all my life and have worked with fitness professionals through the scholarship I gained from playing Futsal for the England National team at the age of 17 and going on to represent at the U19 Futsal Euros too and so on.
Working with them people to get the best out of my performance inspired me to work within the fitness industry.
From going to uni and doing my first year in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, gaining my L4 qualification within this. I decided I wanted a change in direction and become a personal trainer. So I started working for TNT, I started off as an apprentice 4 years ago and gained my L3 in personal training, 3 years on from this I am now working towards my L4 in personal training.
I love coaching! Especially coaching the Les Mills programs we run here at TNT. Also love the feeling of helping people reach goals they have set themselves through our classes or through 1-1 personal training, there is no better feeling than seeing someone work so hard and get to the goal they set themselves.

Anywhere from performance based to get the best out of an athlete or even injury rehab/prevention - to weight loss, body confidence or strength and conditioning.
